Class information:
Classes are 55 minutes long
All fitness levels are welcome! - We scale the workout according to your fitness level
Every workout is a combination of strength/resistance training, cardio and bodyweight exercises done in a circuit style format.
Example day 1:
Barbell push press x 1
Barbell Hang clean x 3
Barbell Deadlift x 5
Box over burpees x 6

If you aren't familiar with these exercises, that's okay! We will teach you.Everything is instructor lead to make sure you're comfortable and confident going into the workout.

We find local races to use our “inside the gym fitness, outside the gym”.
Spartan, Night Run, Edmonton Marathon, and Mud Girl are popular events we attend.Our classes are capped at 8 members. This is to ensure top level coaching and a smaller dynamic to meet other members.
