Class information:

  • Classes are 55 minutes long

  • All fitness levels are welcome! - We scale the workout according to your fitness level

  • Our programming is a combination of strength/resistance training, endurance and bodyweight exercises.

    Example day 1:
    Zone 2 endurance training:
    Row 1,000m x 2 + Bike 2,000m x 2 with sets rests and mobility work in between.

    Example day 2:

    AMRAP 12
    Kettlebell swings x 40
    Kettlebell thruster x 20
    V-Ups x 10

    LIFT #1: Snatch
    LIFT #2: Shoulder Press

    If you aren't familiar with these exercises, that's okay! We will teach you.

  • Everything is instructor lead to make sure you're comfortable and confident going into the workout.

  • Community is a huge part of our gym! We participate in local charity events [examples: Coldest Night Of the Year in support of the Parkland Food Bank, Stony Plain Rotary Run For Life in support of Suicide Prevention and Mental Health, and many more!]

  • We find local races to use our “inside the gym fitness, outside the gym”.
    Spartan, Night Run, Edmonton Marathon, and Mud Girl are popular events we attend.

  • Our classes are capped at 8 members. This is to ensure top level coaching and a smaller dynamic to meet other members.
