Welcome to our community of health and fitness enthusiasts!
We, Eran and Alley, own Essential Fitness and Nutrition. Our belief is that everyone deserves to feel strong, healthy and empowered in their fitness journey.
Collectively we have several certifications. To name a few: Personal Training, Crossfit, Movement specialization and Holistic Nutrition. We are always looking to improve our own knowledge and love using our skills to get our clients the best results possible.
You can find Alley coaching the group classes. She’s there ready to coach you through the workout and help you hit those PRs. Programming is something she takes seriously as she’s very passionate about it. Every circuit you see written on the board has been drawn and tested in studio to make sure you’re getting the best workout possible.
Eran is the 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 personal trainer. He works with athletes to help sharpen their skills so when they hit the field they’re at their best. He also works alongside clients if they have more specific goals in mind where individual attention is required.
Seeing you succeed is what drives him. He will show you what you’re truly capable of doing to help bring confidence in your everyday life.
